Have asked the dealer but does anyone know the stud spacing for the wheels?

Hi Phorridge, sorry, can't help with your question but if you find a suitable wheel, could you post the details and a link to the supplier if possible. Thanks

Ok I've managed to find the wheel stud spacing (not from dealer or Renault UK who've yet to respond)
It's 114.3mm
This matches the Kia EV6

So I've ordered the kit and will test it out.

Kit arrived and tested.
Wheel works fine.
It's quite large but sits on the boot floor fine.
The sissor jack is 3T but as the car is very low the initial jacking is harder but it did lift it.
The car has locations front and back on the sill join to jack on.
It also comes with the wheel brace that worked fine.
So all in all a result. Feel happier now I have a spare.
The jack and wheel brace (plus a small square of ply wood O made in case on soft ground to go under the jack) all fits in the compartment with the charging cable. But if you use the charging cable a lot then I'd leave it curled up in the centre of the spare wheel as the spare wheel blocks lifting the cover for the cable tray.

Another option is the Road Hero RH058. Available from various websites but also Kwik-Fit. Seems to come with everything inside a well shaped bag that fits into the cable tidy compartment. Phorridge is right about putting your charging cable inside the spare wheel - it does take a lot of boot space and hinders access to the cable compartment. Still, jolly useful to have a spare since I scratched an alloy and sent it for repair. Glad I didn’t have to give them the whole car!!
