Hello,

I'm from Brazil and I would like to share with you a problem that I've been having with my car. I received it 20 days ago, now it has 800Km and in the last week we've had a lot of rain here in my city. I started noticing a very strong wet carpet smell and today I decided to try and find out where the problem was coming from.

Since the smell was coming from the passenger side, I decided to pull up the carpet and remove the floor support cover. As you can see in the photo, I found the base of the ECU wet and with water spots around the screws. My impression is that the water may be coming from underneath since the carpet on top of the ECU is dry.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

I'm already talking to the dealer about taking the car in, but I already know that Renault dealers here in Brazil have no experience in servicing electric vehicles.

Any comment will be very appreciated.

One detail: the yellow sticker was already there. ;)
