Charging impossible
Anyone had this sorted yet? I too have a MY25 model which has charging impossible message sometimes. So far it hasn’t stopped me although I did get the red light today. Removing the cable and trying again worked though. I have it booked in next week but the garages all claim never seen this error. Frustrated as I got the Megan’s hoping for less hassle than I had with my Cupra Born! Turns out the Corsa e is the most reliable electric vehicle I have had
This problem is known about as our dealer said their own scenic had the same problem. It requires a software update and has shown itself on more recently produced scenics and Meganes (those with the updated instrument panel and android auto 12).
Dealers will need to check the Renault Dialogys system against your VIN. It is particularly random error.

I have also had this problem in the last week. I bought an April 2023 registered Iconic second hand from a dealer. The problem occurred charging at home on an Easee One charger. This was the first time I've charged the car to 100% ( normally I stop at 80%). I managed to clear the error message by manually locking the car with the card key and then inserting the charging cable into the car.
I went to charge my Renault Megane E Tech at the rapid IONITY charge points Stafford today before I plugged in the charge was showing 48% After I started charging the car was taking 23kw After waiting 34 minutes It had only got
to 53%. And if I was willing to wait 80 minutes for a full charge. So I stopped the charge as it would be just as fast on a 22kw charge points Has anyone else had these probs

Red lights appeared on dashboard with message 'Impossible to charge'. Just driving along, nothing to cause it. My Megane is 2 years old. Took to dealer who diagnosed a fault with the insulation at HEVC. Repaired under warranty. Alarmed that it happened but glad it was sorted without fuss.
