Interior Climate control Fan

Hi .. Anyone had any issues with their Climate Control fan running when car is off and locked up plus its extremely noisy (as if its catching on something ) noise stays the same level even if fan speed is altered !! Still runs even if fan switch is put on zero(off) .. i have taken a video of it but not sure how to upload to this forum !! could send it to someone via mm if they can post for me ??

I had this exact symptom for 2 days. Was very loud internally and you could even hear it externally, (vent below the windscreen). I took it back to Renault who said they've had a rummage inside the SOS area, reseated some cables and couldn't replicate the fault.

Others from a well-known FB group have had the same symptom and say 'Apparently is the BLEND MOTOR/PUMP. If you press the recirculation button it stops but your windows will steam, and it defaults to off after a few minutes'
You need to take it to Renault, armed with your video and get them to change the BLEND MOTOR/PUMP.

Thanks for that info !!! I am in contact with my local Renault dealer who are going to investigate (unfortunately not until the 31st July) ...your description sounds spot on to what i am getting !!! i have also had a message on my Renault App that Renault have "identified a product enhancement campaign" which my vehicle may require ?? Any ideas ?
